Mr. Vishwas Pathak, Advocate
Mr. Pathak has more than 22 years of experience. A Masters of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws and Company Secretary by qualification, he is a Member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and practicing as Advocate, High Court, Bombay. Presently, he is a Member of Disciplinary Committee of Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. He has worked for various corporate. His core strength lies in his ability to identify opportunities and to structure and manage transaction execution- end to end. During his career, he has successfully handled FDI, IPOs, ECB, FCCB, Amalgamations, Merger and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, ESOP, ISO 9002, Risk Management, Company Secretarial and other Legal and Management issues.

Mr. V. Ravikumar, Practicing Company Secretary
He is a Practicing Company Secretary and Law Graduate having more than 17 years of experience in the Legal and Corporate Affairs. Currently he is in practice since last five years in the areas of Corporate Laws, FEMA, Securities Laws, IPR, Project Finance & Consultancy. Earlier he was heading Legal and Company Secretarial functions of listed companies. During his career, he handled Legal, Corporate Secretarial, Project Finance, IPOs, Capital Market issues, setting-up New Projects, International Trade. He is also an IPR Expert consulting in IPR Management, Audit & Registration etc.

Mr. Anil Bakshi, Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary
Mr. Anil Bakshi is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, having over 20 years in industry. He has handled various functions in accounts, finance, taxation, company formation, fund raising through capital market in the national and international market, mergers & acquisition, management, MIS etc. Currently he is Executive Director of Tricom India Ltd.

Mr. Sanjay Gaitonde, Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant
He is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 9 years experience. He is also a Director of Benchmark AMC Pvt. Ltd and was instrumental in setting up the financial advisory services, dealings in Debt market and Capital market activities. Previously he worked with the Credit Rating Information Services of India Ltd. (CRISIL), India's premier rating agency.
